Major Setback in the world of Fitness...

So I went to the Jillian Michaels show, took notes, took video and took it all to heart. The words that resounded in my heart were "Move Ass Faster, Move Ass More" So i decided the very next morning to do just that! I took my family on a bike ride, we went to three different trails, on the third and final trail we stopped at a gazebo to rest, my family sat down, as soon as I sat next to my husband: Hornets Started Swarming. My husband told our two older girls to run and he ran to protect them I grabbed the baby, picked her up and stepped off the platform as my right foot hit the sand a hornet stung my left calf and my reaction placed more weight on my right ankle in the sand and rolled it, I thought I broke my ankle! It sounded exactly like I crushed a soda can. I was in so much pain I did not even feel the hornet sting or care about getting away since I couldnt walk and the pain was unbearable. Finally my husband got me to limp away and we assessed the ankle , we eventually made it back to the car and to the ER where I was diagnosed with a sprained ankle , I have not worked out or ate right since , I'll just repeat this week again next week. I felt like the stars were aligned against me losing weight . It'll all be ok . I will rise again. :p

Week 3 Update! Going to See Jillian Michaels Tonight in Melbourne !

I am looking forward to Monday for my official weigh in. I can say though I have been losing some inches in my waist for sure. I still haven't missed any workouts yet, yesterday and today were a struggle. Yesterday I couldnt find the remote! Today I just didn't get my workout in the morning in and that is a bummer but I just finished it!

I am super excited because the day has finally come for me to see Jillian Michaels in her Maximize Your Life Tour! I'm going tonight. Yay!! I will upload a new video tomorrow morning on my vlog after I get my last week 3 workout in. I'll be posting some 30 day stats at the end of next week so stay posted!

Day 12 In a Row, whats happening with me?

I honestly can say I feel like things are changing for me this time. I mean 12 days in a row w/o missing one workout, and even throwing in more workouts like playing at the park for one hour and 40 minutes this week. Planning a workout date with a friend instead of a lunch date (huh?) I know me! I'm doing this. I'm changing this workout thing from something I'm doing to lose weight for my next life event, its becoming an integral part of my lifestyle. I love that!!

I got my fitbit last night. After getting through some trouble setting up: my husband's computer has been with us for more than 6 years :) I love it, its like an extra motivational toy, I'm so glad I saw it on HSN I decided to get this instead of a Polar HRM but now I realize this doesnt  measure your heart rate but it does do a lot of stuff a heart rate monitor doesnt so I"m gonna use both! one for fun motivation and tracking , and the other for serious calorie tracking.

I finished workout two of phase one so I wont be doing that dvd again until my next round of 90 days , so i kissed it before putting it back in its case :p. Ok guys. I am super excited for today and I hope you are too! Talk to you all soon.

Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Begin Week 2

J.M. Body Revolution Week 2 : Day 1 Complete.

Well Its Monday Woo woo! Official Weigh In day. I weighed in at 226.4 today. So I'm down around 4 pounds without doing the low carb thing, I also had two binges, and one hot dog, nachos, soda, and kettle corn at the rodeo this saturday. *I'm still struggling with diet.  I did not miss one day of working out though so I'm soooo proud of myself on that , I'm gonna do better on diet this week and am logging my calories and macros. I'm also going to make sure I take my vitamins before bed. Thats it for now.

Body Revolution Week 1: Day 5

Got my workout in this morning, I cheated again and checked my weight, 224. its not official until monday, I stayed home today and watched some episodes of biggest loser on Hulu Plus. I found my self a tad hungrier than usual I did snack 3 times plus lunch and bfast, they were tiny snacks, greek yogurt with berries, then a little more greek yogurt with chocolate and almond butter , and a lettuce wrap with some slow cooked pork inside. Sounds healthy but i'm feeling guilty. There is a Jillian Michaels seminar I just found out by facebook today its in two weeks only half hour drive, the tickets are more than I want to spend but it really would be a good opportunity, how many ppl actually see her in person? idk but maybe I'll do it , it is my bday month. Ok talk at ya later guys . :D

New Year, Lots of News.

Well Once again I am coming to you with lots of news after a long span of not updating.

It is a new year. I got married finally, yay! That was a lot of stress and excitement. Totally worth all the stress.
I did gain back every pound i had lost and more. So the last week of march I weighed in. I was 230 again. I did the low carb thing and lost 9 pounds in one week. Then I went out to eat as a reward with my husband over the weekend, I had chinese on sunday and mexican on saturday, (my two favorite favorite foods) Monday morning I weighed in again , I gained all nine pounds back. Thats the problem i find with low carb, i am successful only if i suffer then i gain it all back in a weekend because its just water weight. Ok So I ordered Jillian Michaels 90 day Body Revolution Program. I did some research on it and bought it. I started this past Monday. I have lost 4 pounds and I am by no means low carbing whatsoever. I'm rarely even hungry. Ok.

So I have a new post on my measurements for you, Yes I grew. Its ok. I will lose again I know it. This time I'm gonna stick with it,this time it will be different.  (how many times have you heard that from me?) Its ok though this time have faith. Ok?
