Today ins/outs

did great until lunch, seems when i spend time with my significant other he seems to unknowingly sabotage me,
la granja for lunch, rice, beans plantains and chicken for lunch,
water to drink
went to his uncles house, had a bite of a candy bar
went to his cousins house had a slice of corn bread, 3 sugar cookies, water
then our friends came over at ten pm, i was sposed to be doing my p90x but i ended up spending time w my friends and eating yet again, tortilla chips with chicken and salsa.
I'm very disappointed in this, because i am working soo hard during my workouts to throw it all out . I promise myself i will be stronger.
normally this type of eating wouldnt be too horrible to the average person, but for one at lunch my portion sizes were huge, and two i am in the obese range of being overweight soo, i really need to cut back hard, NOT indulge like an average size person can generally get away with.

Tony Horton is right when he says its a love hate thing with his workouts, you love them and you hate them. Thank God I'm doing Brazil Butt Lift and Turbo Fire this morning, No Tony until tonight.
Gonna have fish tacos for dinner tonight. or chili w jenni o ground turkey..

Food Logging!

Keeping a food journal is very important to helping you lose weight, by keeping you informed, and accountable. Use a website like livestrong.com to help you count your calories.Remember: if you bite it you write it!  Share it with others once a week so you know you are accountable. This will give you a clear understanding of where your extra calories are coming from. You will also be able to adjust from there . Its a lot easier to reach your destination when you know what road you're on. Remember to get in that cardio for a strong heart at least 3 times per week.

My Plan for Today..

Eating is just as important to the body to be in a healthy state, as working out is , more so actually.
Although , controlling your eating habits takes a little longer to get the hang of. I personally struggle with it myself but, I am a work in progress. Here is my plan for today :)

Drink Water 12 oz
Cardio with Turbo Fire!
2 Egg Omelet, with Blueberries
Shakeology
Chicken with salad
Banana with  1 oz almond slices
Brazil Butt Lift High & Tight
Sweet potato fries, with mixed veggies and baked tilapia
Through out the day work on drinking the rest of my water, around 100 ounces total.

P90x, Turbo Fire & Healthy Pizza

Made a new kind of pizza for dinner tonight, got a ready to go pizza crust, for toppings I used, olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, cilantro, pepper, parsley, onions, jalapenos, bell peppers, **tuna** new ingredient ! and mozzarella cheese, low calorie and pretty healthy, tuna on pizza? delicious! just let it dry out in the oven a bit not bad, had shakeology with my dinner, and now i'm gonna clean the kitchen, and do my p90x chest shoulders arms, ab ripper x , then hiit 15 from turbo fire! yay..i'm moving toward my goal!

You have to plan your food, or your exercise goes to waste..

After mastering a low calorie diet w/o exercise,  losing water weight, and slimming down yet staying flabby i realized I needed to exercise. I found myself trying to stay on the diet saying "but now i'm hungry all the time" I'll just have a little of this or that,  with not as great results as I was hoping for , and all that effort I am putting in with TurboFire , P90x and Brazil Butt Lift I should have the biggest guns, flattest abs and tightest but ever, but your diet is key..I have found the answer, by reading my p90x diet book, and a helpful fellow blogger I am finding my way..

Here are a few tips I have picked up along the way..
1. Plan Plan Plan your meals, and your workouts
*keep your calories low enough that you will have a deficit(more on this later)
2. Always have a plan B
3. Take time when you're shopping for healthy foods, to figure out what meal you'll have that item with..at dinner etcetera.
