Yo Yo Diet??

I guess I'm officially on the diet roller coaster! Down 8, up 3.5 in just one weekend. I do realize that I just cae off a carb load aif that is the cause of the weight gain I just hope than I will see it all come off plus more by friday. I expect and hope to be under 214 which is what I weighed on the 13th of november. So if everything about carbs, carb cycling MRC and RFL that I read is correct I will be down around 5-6 lbs this week..meaning really only losing between 1.5 and 2 lbs of real weight ... who knows anymore.  I guess we will see if this stuff is really true on Friday..as of today back up to 217.5 , I'm going in the wrong direction to onederland..hopefully its only temporary from the turkey, stuffing, yams, pumpkin pie, sodas, shots, fried bananas , yucca, etc since friday night..

DOWN 8 LBS THIS MONTH!

That's right, as of yesterday morning , doing the MRC diet I have lost 8 pounds this month, yesterday I started RFL diet basically the same as MRC with no carbs period. Today is my second day and its not feeling any different than MRC actually a tad better cuz no carb cravings. ha! I'll keep u posted

Woo its a new day!

Hey guys! Happy November ! Its a new month and I am rarin to go! I bought some new vitamins to help me along my journey ! I bought a vitamin b complex and alpha lipoic acid to keep me in check with cravings and also I got a chocolate flavored syntrax because I always crave sweet!
Its like I am enabling my self now to succeed instead of fail. I am very excited about losing this weight! I will no longer use livestrong as a measure of calories I will just follow what I have learned by using it and my previous experience with this diet. or no maybe i should in order to keep track of what works. Ok yes I'll keep going with it! lol darn i just hate having to keep logging stuff and sometime i run out of time or gorget. No this post isnt thought out at all its my thoughts as im having them at this moment about what i'll be doing. maybe I'll write it in my journal then at the end of the day i can add it all up? at least until i get my smart phone back i have been without one for about six months now. its rough but i'm getting by!
I have finally reorganized my place thank God! I still have some odds and ends to get through with but i am on the right track and the kitchen is pretty well organized so mornings are a breeze and my room kids room and bathrooms are its just there is some paper work to be purged and the front closet with junk , thats my junk drawer. lol i dont have one i have a junk closet! not junk mainly misc stuff.

i have created an agenda for myself and will  be sticking to it as soon as i get my tablet so i can access my google calendar anywhere i go I wanted an ipad but the android tablet makes more sense for my lifestyle since it will be more accessible to my google stuff and i'm just way more familiar with android maybe one day i'll get a mac and iphone i pad etc for now i'm diggin android pretty well.

The girls went trick or treating last night , big girl was a witch, medium was a princess again. lol and tiny face was a skeleton we went to thirteen doors and got enough candy to give them a piece or two with their lunch at school for a month or three.

like i said. i'm very excited to start a fresh i took my vitamins, i drank my chocolate delicious drink protein for  bfast and I will do great for these next 79 days. my motivation of course is my wedding and seeing family i have not yet met. I hope the day will go well. monday i will get back on to some wedding plans .

I will take some progress pics if i can find the same clothes i want to be in the same clothes each time lol i cant keep wearing diff stuff~ i'm going to designate a pair of weigh in/progress pic clothes today!
