I lost 4 pounds!

i've done some serious diets before and dropped serious weight but starved (think 800 calories), and walked for an hour a day. could only keep it up about 90 days before quitting and getting fat again, adding carbs back and normal calories all the weight came back. what i was doing was unsustainable.
I have been eating clean all week and working out. some time here and there i slipped but i did my workouts faithfully! I lost 4 pounds, the right way , for the first time in my life! i'm so excited!!!!!
thank God, thank myself, thank beachbody, thank Leandro, Chalene, and Tony Horton too, thank God! i'm so excited, i'm gonna do a monthly weigh in or weekly i'm not sure...

Today is sunday so it would be just rest day but thanks to my messing up yesterday i need to workout today.
workout=fail! i started bum bum at ten pm. was soo tired i quit..

dinner=oopths ! my brother flew into town so we went out to dinner, 3 rolls, salad with dressing, lasagna, tiramisu... booo! now i'm gonna workout for sure damnit..
