My Plan for Today..

Eating is just as important to the body to be in a healthy state, as working out is , more so actually.
Although , controlling your eating habits takes a little longer to get the hang of. I personally struggle with it myself but, I am a work in progress. Here is my plan for today :)

Drink Water 12 oz
Cardio with Turbo Fire!
2 Egg Omelet, with Blueberries
Shakeology
Chicken with salad
Banana with  1 oz almond slices
Brazil Butt Lift High & Tight
Sweet potato fries, with mixed veggies and baked tilapia
Through out the day work on drinking the rest of my water, around 100 ounces total.
